  New D & D with fireplace, great food and coffee. Clean restrooms. Right off the highway and close to gas. Excellent travel stop. We always stop at this D & D when traveling to NJ. Open 24 hrs with drive thru.

  There's a young black man working midnights there. I get my coffee before I go to work. He never says a word other than to take your order. A hello or thank you would be nice. I will go to the Austintown DD from now on.

  At least 3 days a week the coffee is wrong. I go there Monday through friday get a large iced coffee. I dont understand somedays i get a medium handed to me or a hot coffee. I can understand once every now and again but now almost everyday the order is wrong. Its usually the same person on the headset! I dont know why i continue to stop probably because its convenient on my hr drive however i believe i will now longer support this dunkin! If there was a way to give this no stars i would! The manager is very nice and friendly but the rest of the is not! Terrible coffee makers

  The older woman who works inside at night is really mean. At the stroke of 11PM she rushing you out like cattle. The only thing she's missing is the cattle prod. She doesn't care if you are done your drink or the fact you have a 3 yr old in toe and need a few mins to gather your things, she wants you out of her establishment right then and there. It's for this reason I will not be back ever again. I get off work late and like to sit by the fireplace and talk with friends for a little bit before I go home ,but it won't be at this dunkin donuts. I won't be glared at while I collect my things, I'm sorry I wasn't watching the time. I've been asked several times since then if I want to go back and my answer is always, NO WAY!!!

  Everyone is always friendly and service is speedy and accurate. I also love the fireplace! This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. :)
