  I just ordered today about 20 minutes ago I received my delivery. I ordered 18 garlic parm wings. Not only did I receive wing with no sauce on them but I also only received 12 wings. When I called in to the store I was given an option for a credit for the 6 wings I was missing or for them to remake my order with the return of the current wings. The option was given to me with an nasty attitude. I do jot appreciate the hostility and tone of voice of the manager when I expressed my issue. There is a big chance I will order somewhere else.

  Ive ordered from this Pizza Hut for years since it is right around the corner from me and they have always been wonderful. I've had no issues with the delivery drivers or food. Its always been a pleasant experience.

  I feel as if they should pick up the phone no matter how busy it is they should at least put the customer on HOLD.

  Loved my Gluten free, but why do your customers have to "call" to come in? I was standing out In the cold for at least 5 minutes while everyone watched the super bowl! What the crap, I shouldn't have had to knock to get my order. I mean is the plaza really that unsafe? If so, hire security. I won't be back to this location.
