  IM SURPRISED YOU GUYS AREN'T SHUT DOWN.. changing "shifts/workers" right in the middle of the order was unprofessional and the managers here should all be tossed out. IM NEVER COMMING HERE AGAIN.. my 6 item order took a little over 10 minutes because they randomly decided to let people go home and bring new people to clock in in the MIDDLE OF AN ORDER?????? there was nobody behind us, by the time we got the order there was a line about 8 or 10 cars long.
  
  i can get over all that.. but I CAN GET OVER ALL OF THAT.. ALL OF IT... but the real reason im writing this review is because i ordered the "naked chicken" box with no quacamole sauce ... drove to work, sat down to eat it and saw quacamole all over the lettuce and all over the chicken as if someone tried to wipe it off with a napkin.. too lazy to make a new one some idiot put it on there and realised the mistake and wiped it off with a napkin...
  do whatever you want to me but if you had done that to my sisters order this would not have gone down so smoothly... i promise you. And you want 15$ an hour? Your a disgrace to Glenn bell I worked at taco bell i know what the hell im talking about you oompa loompas need to get your act together or shut it down
  SO DIGUSTIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE TONIGHT I TYPED THIS WHOLE THING TWICE BECAUSE I ACCIDENTLY CLICKED AWAY AND CLOSED IT... DONT OFFER ME NO FREE TACO ON MY NEXT VISIT DONT SAY SORRY DONT IGNORE ME, JUST GET IT RIGHT THE NEXT TIME JESUS CHRIST
  
  3/1/2017: they tried to steal my 10$. order was 9 dollars, i gave them a 20 and they gave me a reciept and a few coins trying to steal my 10$. they held up the whole line and had to count the drawer and didnt even say sorry when they gave me my 10$ back. scam artists. go to prison

  I like the walk-in service because I am always welcomed by their servers, never any pressure to buy 'Combos', and if something I order is going to take a while, they let me know in advance. Plus, they have a fundraising carousel inside where a coin is dropped in and if it lands on the bottom tier, there are prizes and I *always* win! >
